Specially tailored by the restaurant’s dedicated chefs, the divine five-course Valentine’s Dinner features French bistro favourites with a contemporary touch. Amongst the Valentine’s themed creations are luxurious dishes which are set to delight the passionate gourmand, like Marble of Foie Gras Hugged in Iberico Ham with Forbidden Fruit Compote, Rose Lobster with Sweet Leeks Velouté and île Flottante and Blanquette of Tender Veal Cheek and Morel Sauce.
The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s “Romance by the Bay” Experience is priced at S$350* per couple and includes a flute of Pink Moët & Chandon Champagne per person, pre-dinner canapés and a Five-Course Dinner for two persons. For greater decadence, the experience is priced at S$398* per couple which includes a bottle of Pink Moët & Chandon Champagne.
